Who can build an energy efficient home?

Good question.  My builder had no experience (no longer building) and had to follow my direction.  There are builders of Energy Star homes here.  This link shows builders sorted by number of Energy Star completed homes in the state of Washington.  Try BuiltGreen.net as well.

I've talked with homeowners that were extremely happy with Grant Simpson's work.  I'm sure he could build an energy efficient home.  360-683-7151
