We have planted 75 native plants (Vine Maple, Shore Pine, Oregon Grape, Red Flowering Currant, Dogwood, Madrona, Ceanothus, & Manzanita) in the landscape, plus 30 Rhododendrons.  When established these will require little on no water and provide habitat for wildlife.

No lawns to water or mow.
