We lit up the wireless connection from the fiber drop to our property.  We used Airaya 108 Mbps radios.  I am delighted with the results so far.  Next we'll pour some concrete to make the antenna permanent.  Then we'll add an access point to provide wireless to our neighbors.

we were getting 41
Mbps.
